Ruth Helen Thompson

Ruth Helen Thompson, age 67, of West Deptford, NJ passed away on December 24th 2025.

Born August 16th, 1958, Ruthie was a true sweetheart; free-spirited, witty, loyal, loving and charming. She was a woman of her word. Using her wit, she would also hold you to yours and she did not pull any punches.  She enjoyed traveling but her favorite amusement was going to Harrahs Chester, Atlantic City, and Vegas with friends and family.  For quite some time she could be found trying her luck, seated next to her treasured mother playing the Sun and Moon slots.  She loved watching her shows and could always recommend a great series.  Her mutual love for her children and grandchildren is what truly meant the most to her.

Cherished daughter of late Walter & Gladys Thompson, beloved wife of late David Hillman, doting mother of Ron & late Walter Padulese, Sarah & Jara DiAgostino; darling grandmother of Mya, Mason, Santino, Nicholas, and Gianluca; dear sister of Gladys Brennan and Michelle Banks, favored aunt and cousin to many.

Relatives and friends are invited to her memorial 1-3PM Saturday February 21 at the Calvary Chapel of South Jersey located at 1210 Hessian Ave, West Deptford, NJ.
