John Joseph Flynn, 74, of Voorhees, NJ, passed away, Thursday, April 18, 2019 surrounded by close family and friends. John was born September 2, 1944 in Flushing, NY to Thomas and Mary (Tormey) Flynn. On October 6th 1968, he married his true love, Maryangela Flynn (Rossillo). John lived in Moonachie, NJ and later moved to south Jersey. He was a loving husband, father and pop pop who cherished spending time with family and friends. John worked as an Operations Manager his whole life; first for Butoni, then Snowball and finally retired from the Kennedy Company. In retirement, he was an active member of the Knights of Columbus #7800.

John is survived by his son, Thomas Flynn and his wife Elizabeth of Mascoutah IL, and daughter, Teresa Havers and her husband Jeff of Voorhees NJ; and five grandchildren, Daniel, Emma, Jonah, Ky, and Korinne, along with several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Mary, his wife Maryangela and his sister Maureen. You can pay respects to family at 9:30 a.m. which proceeds a memorial mass to celebrate his life at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 25th at Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish St. Luke Church, 55 Warwick Rd., Stratford, NJ.
